Dear Luiseño students and families, 

     It is with great excitement that I greet you as we R.O.A.R into the 2022-2023 school year! I am thrilled to have been appointed to serve the Luiseño community. Many of us had the opportunity to partner on behalf of the students and families of Luiseño School at the end of the 2021-2022 school year. For those of us that have not had the opportunity to meet, we have a multitude of opportunities such as School Site Council, PTSA, volunteering on campus or any of our programs or special events to work beside one another. 

    Here are a few fun facts about your AP!  I have been in education for over two decades and have had the privilege of serving as a General Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher and Administrator, in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Moxley and I have a daughter in college, twin boys in high school and a daughter in elementary school. We also have two adorable dogs that complete our family.   

    As we embark upon another in-person opportunity to learn, Luiseño School is committed to educating students from TK-8th grade in an environment that prioritizes Respect, Organization, Attitude and Responsibility. We are a school community that values collaboration. Our students are supported by faculty and staff who promote and facilitate social emotional learning, data-based decision making, rigorous instruction, college and career readiness, achievement and accountability.  Again, I am excited to share this journey with you all. I look forward to welcoming every student, their families and our amazing staff to a year filled with opportunities for our Luiseño Leopards to grow by leaps and bounds!
